"I first heard about Greg Oliver State Farm agency several months ago when my brother, who had just undergone major surgery and was hospitalized for weeks, car insurance had dropped him because he was two days late with his payment due to hospitalization. The cute “gecko” told him he’d have to start all over again and his monthly rate would be higher. By chance he had received a flyer in the mail from Greg Oliver State Farm. He set up an appointment with agent DeAnte Coats. Because my brother does not have internet, does not use debit or credit cards and has only the most basic of cell service, DeAnte came to the house to meet with him. DeAnte not only found him coverage but also went above and beyond by going to a local library to print out the policy and ID cards! He was kind, empathetic and patient. My brother was so impressed by DeAnte and his outstanding customer service that he called me to tell me about it. I had been contemplating changing my homeowners insurance because I no longer felt that I was “in good hands” with the company I have had for years. I took DeAnte number but made no changes. Fast forward seven months and a new car, our insurance company decided to almost triple our monthly payments. Once again the cute “gecko” wasn’t looking so cute. It is a rare thing to find a company in this day and age that truly cares about their customers.
